  • Introductory Call

    This will be a 30 minute or so call to understand your pathology/conditions. Building rapport and understand your goals. Scheduling your assessment. We will send you forms to fill out before the assessment. PLEASE provide the medical clearance form from your Medical Doctor, Physical Therapist or Physician before our assessment.

  • Assessment

    In this assessment we are trying to build our baseline. Which includes range of motion, functional strength, postural analysis, pain scale, stability, mobility, blood pressure, heart rate and glucose etc..

    Now we can build the program, set goals and prepare for the first training session. Scheduling dates, times and frequency of training sessions weekly.

  • Start Training

    We finally made it! Let’s start training! We will have 30 day follow-up to discuss the plan of exercise going forward.
